WE HAVE SOME WINNERS!!

The Inaugural Fierce & Noble Homebrewers Comp is officially over, and we have our winners!

We asked all of you passionate homebrewers to send us your homebrews, so me (Thomas), Ollie our Head brewer and our two guest judges could decide our first F & N Homebrewers Champ 2020.

Our two guest judges this year are…

Lewis Bevis – Operations Manager at Bristol favourites Crofters Rights & The Lanes.

Ian Dent – Avid homebrewer and extremely well respected within the homebrewing community.

So back to the beers!

We had over 30 individual entries and tried over 50 different beers from Stouts to Saisons, IPAS to NEIPAS, Dark Lagers to Imperial Pilsners, and the overall standard of the beers was amazing!  We were truly blown away but we had to make our minds up on who was going to win.  The competition was exceptionally close.

So here we go this year’s overall champion brewer is....

Mr Peter Durin

With his exceptional Dark Lager & Saison which were excellent examples of both styles he was the unanimous judges choice.Peter will be joining us for a scaled up version of one of these beers plus loads of Fierce & Noble merch/beer and of course a special goodie bag from our friends at Simply Hops.

In a very close second place we have: Mr Tom Gardener

With his superbly refreshing  Rhubarb Gose, Tom will be joining us for a small batch brewing day of this beer and receiving lots of Fierce & Noble merch/beer and of course a special goodie bag from our friends at Simply Hops.

In third place we have Mr Paul Williams

With his Belgian Blonde Ale. Paul will be receiving lots of Fierce & Noble merch/beer and of course a special goodie bag from our friends at Simply Hops.

We also felt the need to give away another prize as it was a really tough decision to decide.

This award is going to be called the one to watch… and it goes to: Mr Paul Willis his Alt Beer & Oatmeal Stout. Paul is going to be receiving a goodie bag from us and simply hops!
